Known for his murals in and around Maryland, Kirk Seese at www.BBMurals.com hosted a painting party to add color to his lastest project at Turk's Cleaner's in Dundalk, Maryland.  Kirk's experience and portfolio are so impressive, with work all over Maryland and even on movie sets such as Evan Almighty, this mural is sure to become talk of the town for many years to come.

Below are some of the latest photos taken of the "100 Years of Dundalk History" mural.  As you can see by looking at the photos, this is a huge project.  The official unveiling day is May 22, 2010.  Enjoy the photos, and if you like what you see, please make a comment so that it can be passed along to artist Kirk!

UPDATE:  Kirk finished the Dundalk Mural on May 28, 2010.  As of today, June 11, 2010 the mural looks absolutely fantastic.  To protect the finished product from fading, dirt, or kids, Kirk put a clear coat over the painting so it will last for many years.  To keep up with Kirk's new projects or to inquire about having your own mural painted in your home or office, please visit Kirk's website at www.bbmurals.com.  As you can tell from the images below, he knows what he's doing and no job is too great!!!

Great Job Kirk!!!!!

Ms. Jennifer Funn and Kirk Seese at the Painting Party.

As new photos are taken daily, this blog post will be updated to demonstrate the progress made with the mural.  This is without question, the largest mural that I have ever seen.  The amount of time and work that goes into this project is really impressive, and to be able to photograph the progress is a unique opportunity to see the mural come to life from the planning stage to finished product!
